Capital considerations would not be an issue, since you would have all the money you need, and everything would be free anyway. You wouldnt have to consider interruption of users workflow, when considering the install or upgrade, and everything would fit exactly perfectly, the first time.
Welcome to planet earth. This means that everything you have read in the previous paragraph is a big lie and you must consider all of these events as real factors waiting for you. As the saying goes, the best laid plans of mice and men, surely go asunder. In this segment, you will consider first the design, then the installation of the new network or upgrade of a legacy system.
In this final chapter, well look at some real-world considerations in the life cycle of a network. First, we look at some aspects of network design and planning. Then, we move into implementation actually installing and configuring the network. Then, we look at support and maintenance activities that will help keep your network functioning well.
