Window RAM (WRAM) WRAM is a modification of VRAM that boasts improved performance as well as reduced cost to manufacture. Like VRAM, WRAM is dual ported. This gives it an additional 25% more bandwidth than VRAM. It costs less to manufacture than VRAM, but it is still more expensive than DRAM. It is also important to note that WRAM has nothing to do with the Windows operating system.
