At least most don't complain, unless you are A+ certified. Sometimes it feels as if having this international certification is more like having an internationally recognized bulls-eye tattooed on your forehead.

Don’t let users swamp you with "could you help me with…" When you have a trouble ticket, stay on task. This does not mean be impolite.
