Viewing Man Pages
Konqueror is an extremely flexible tool that can be used for functions other that Web browsing, directory or file viewing. One such a function is to view the man pages or the info pages. A man page can be viewed by typing man:command, i.e.
Into the location window and after pressing return, Konqueror will display the man page for the command given. Info pages can be viewed in a similar manner. An example is shown in Figure 354.
As was previously pointed out, one of the advantages of Linux is the wide variety of choices it gives the user and the system administrator. One has almost infinite control over the way the desktop can be adjusted.
