Sounds and Audio Device Properties

Clicking on Adjust the system volume opens the Sounds and Audio Devices Properties box and automatically selects the Volume tab. From here you can set the device volume and clicking on the Advanced button lets you select volume for different computer devices. You can also adjust the speaker settings. Clicking on Speaker Volume button allows you to set the volume of the left and right speakers independently and clicking on the Advanced button allows you to set your speaker set up on the Speakers tab and set the Hardware acceleration and sample rate conversion quality settings on the Performance tab.

The Sounds and Audio Devices Properties box can be seen in Figure 240.
