Example of Configuration
The configuration file will now be written.
I am going to write the XF86Config file now. Make sure you don't accidentally
overwrite a previously configured one.
Shall I write it to /etc/X11/XF86Config?
The configuration file can be tested by starting the X-Window server:
If everything was correct, the window manager will start and display the desktop if not stop the X-Server and rerun the configuration program correcting any problem entries.
If the X-Server will not run correctly, check on the support area of the website for the Xfree86 project - http://www.xfree86.org/support.html or on the mailing lists at ttp://www.xfree86.org/mailman/listinfo/xfree86/ . Usually someone else has already solved whatever problem has occurred and the information will be posted there.
