James Pyles



Occupation: James has written numerous works on computer hardware, operating systems and network protocols including the TCP/IP suite, server hardware, server operating systems and Enterprise network switches. He has also contributed to various test banks for A+, wireless, and Microsoft certifications. James is currently employed as a technical writer for EmergeCore Networks in Boise, Idaho. His most recent book, Master Visually Windows Server 2003 by Wiley Press will be available in February 2005.

Certifications: Bachelors Degree: Computer Network Support. Certified as an A+, Network+ and CCNA.
